Path to Prologue - Independent Short Film. This film is based on true events slated for numerous film festivals. Based on true events story about a man whose life slowly crumbles from childhood through adulthood until he finally meets a woman who brings him salvation. Soon things begin to fall apart when his past catches up with him.
Casting Date: Sun., 8/1 or Mon., 8/2
Shoot Dates: 5-7 days spread out from mid August through the end of September

Adam's wife. Must be able to express a wide range of emotions. Must be comfortable with a physical altercation scene.
Childhood Adam | Male | Caucasian | Age: 5 - 10 | Role Type: Supporting
Witnesses things no one his age should. Deals with typical childhood situations.

Adam's father. Him and Adam's mother are separated. Adam's father is around to help him out and to try and console him when it's needed most.
Karen | Female | Caucasian | Age: 20 - 28 | Role Type: Supporting
Adam's girlfriend in the past. Must be able to express a wide range of emotions. Must be comfortable with seeing partial nudity of another actor in the same scene.

Adam's close friend. Compassionate, fun. She's always there for Adam when he needs someone to talk to

Adam's brother. A drug addict in the past but comes back later in the film to redeem himself.

Adam's mother. She is very sick and distraught. Mostly bed ridden. She gets around with a cane/walker. Must be able to express a wide range of emotions.
Teenage Adam | Male | Caucasian | Age: 15 - 17 | Role Type: Supporting
Deals with life hitting him straight on. Must be able to express different emotions in a very intense way.
